Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern contributions, donations, and activities related to the restoration and development of Shri Someshwara Swamy Temple, managed by Sri Vinayaka Yuvakara Grama Abhirudhi Trust (R), Kuppahalli Village. By donating or participating, you agree to the guidelines mentioned below.

Trust & Purpose

All donations received are utilized solely for the restoration, maintenance, cultural activities, and community welfare associated with Shri Someshwara Swamy Temple.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Receipts will be provided upon request or where required by law.
• Funds are managed transparently in accordance with trust accounting practices.

Use of Funds

The Trust ensures funds are used responsibly for temple construction, renovation, festival arrangements, heritage preservation, and village welfare activities.

Visitor & Devotee Responsibility

Devotees are requested to maintain discipline, respect cultural practices, and follow temple guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

The Trust is not liable for personal loss, theft, or injury on temple premises, except where required under Indian law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably. If required, disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
